In Music I'd Like To Hear
The hurdy gurdies are French in the 18th century style which means they are chromatic with drone strings that can be set to a number of different keys. The sign is in English so the photo must be from either this country or England and judging from their stature and features, the players are most likely Rom but they could be any of a hundred different nationalities. If they are Rom then they would be playing the music of whatever country they are in with their own special flavor. Just my best guess.
