In Music I'd Like To Hear
They have software that can bring out minute pieces of visual information from a photo, and then there is the Phonautogram, sound recorded on paper. So why not sound on a photograph. It took a look time for the chemicals to compose in the earliest photos, so maybe some got music was played during that waiting period.
Edison sent people all over the workd to make recordings. And many of those recordings were just filed away. The Edison Historic Site in New Jersey has yens of thousands of those recordings. There might be some rare recordings of musical forms that cannot be found today.
Wouldn’t that be wonderful!
Someday they will invent a device that will extrat sound from old photographs. So be patient.
